DELIVERY
Every endeavour will be made to maintain delivery dates but no responsibility for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted. In no case shall delay be a ground for rejecting goods or terminating a contract. Deliveries are door to door only. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch.
Rococo Design's preferred carrier is KTS and charge approximately $85 per cubic metre on East coast and slightly higher to other destinations. Rococo Design can also organize overseas delivery
Ordering
Please allow up to approximately 7 weeks from date of order for delivery, however Rococo Design will endeavour to delivery your items as soon as possible.
Product availability
Products are subject to availability and some stock items may have an indent time.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate on both furniture pieces and fabrics shown.
Rococo Design Cancellation & Return Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange if you have simply changed your mind, only if the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, or where otherwise required by law. Rococo Design is to be notified within 48hours of receipt of goods.
CLAIMS
Claims for damage should be notified in writing to the Rococo Design within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No liability will be accepted by the Company beyond that time frame.
Damaged goods must be returned in original packaging.
